What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, business name and project information.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, keep a record of our conversation and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and developing client relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we may also process the information for that purpose.

Who handles it

Form submissions are processed through Netlify, our website hosting provider, which acts as a service provider to us. We may also share information with professional advisers or other suppliers where this is necessary to operate the business or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell enquiry information.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards to be used. You can read more about Netlify's handling of personal information in its privacy statement.

How long we keep it

We normally keep an unanswered or unsuccessful enquiry for no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant records may be kept for longer where needed to deliver the work, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to receive a portable copy. Contact us to exercise a right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Is the information required?

You are not legally required to use the form. The name, email and project fields are required so that we can understand and reply to the enquiry. We do not use this information for solely automated decisions or profiling.
